David Burnor, Technical Systems Consultant A seasoned professional and specialist in technology systems, David offers more than 30 years’ experience designing and managing projects with complex technical components. He has extensive experience in audio, audio/visual/video, and television system design. He has served as principal consultant and project manager for projects combining acoustics, audio/visual/video systems, television systems, and structured cabling systems. His roles span coordinating and managing all phases of project activity from programming and conceptual design through system testing and final acceptance. Hands-on involvement with project management and the construction process have fueled insights to make him particularly effective in the area of cost estimating and construction oversight for budget control and management.
