To us, integrity is a combination of trust, transparency, due diligence, knowledge, following through on promises and doing what is right – even if actions are inconvenient, not practical or billable. Integrity as an integrated design partner means acting as part of a greater whole. Considering the collective needs clients, stakeholders and project partners, efforts are directed to getting things right the first time. We believe that we are all in this together and integrity is our glue.

 

In facing pressures of 21st Century business practices, other factors come into play that test and twist lines of integrity. We hold firm to a client-centered mindset and dedicated to our role in helping clients navigate challenges and make informed decisions. When challenged, we step up our game and flesh out opportunities. Experience has shown us how integrity is a catalyst for excellence. Its energy spurs caring for something beyond the task at hand. Integrity instills a connection to larger contexts — such as our firm’s other core values of community, accuracy and artistry.

 

Regardless of economic downturns, professional differences of opinions, global pandemics and inconvenient extended pauses in projects, integrity binds possibility to positive outcomes. Integrity stands the test of time.
